“World Environment Day” on Friday last, was an ideal opportunity for Fiat Professional to launch its latest environment-friendly offering, now expanded with the E-Ducato, the electric version of its best-selling 3.5 tonne GVW light commercial. Since its presentation as a prototype, measurements and tests have continued on the new E-Ducato, to take up the market challenges, and to set it as a benchmark. Designed in line with the FCA Group’s highest quality standards, it is available in all body variants with the same load volume as the conventional Ducato, from 10 m3 to 17 m3, and the best payload on the market, up to 1,950 kg. Several battery options will be available for the E-Ducato, for range in a typical urban real delivery cycle from 200 to over 330 km. Maximum output of 90 kW, maximum torque of 280 Nm.
Meanwhile, Peugeot has introduced the all-new e-Traveller, available with a 100% electric motor. Catering for professional and personal mobility needs, the 8-seater has a range of up to 230km WLTP with a 50kWh battery capacity and two body lengths. Available in multiple set-ups adapted to passenger transport, with elegant styling, there is no compromise and the e-Traveller will meet all expectations.
Luggage in the boot can be easily accessed due to an opening rear window. Available from two to eight seats, with space, practicality, comfort and an easily cleanable interior, the zero emission PEUGEOT e-Traveller can cater for numerous customer needs. The common merits of the different versions are the comfort and interior space available for all passengers. The all-new PEUGEOT e-Traveller can carry up to eight people with 1500 litres of boot volume, up to five people with 3000 litres or 4900 litres due to its removable seats in row two and three. The all-new PEUGEOT e-Traveller will be sold in Europe in the second half of 2020.
