Bigger exhibition, extended opening hours and enhanced networking opportunities
announced following successful launch event RTX Scotland will return to Glasgow’s Scottish Event Campus (SEC) on 18-19 November
2026 with a significantly expanded exhibition, longer opening hours and enhanced
networking facilities following a highly successful inaugural event.
Organised by Road Transport Media, RTX Scotland was launched as the Scottish sister
exhibition to the UK’s leading Road Transport Expo (RTX), providing hauliers, fleet
operators, logistics professionals and industry suppliers with a major road transport
event closer to home.
Following strong support from operators, manufacturers and suppliers during its debut
year, organisers have announced a series of enhancements designed to deliver even
greater value for exhibitors and visitors in 2026.
The expanded event will feature a larger exhibition hall to accommodate more
exhibitors, two full exhibition days running from 9am to 5pm, and increased catering
and networking areas throughout the venue to encourage business meetings, industry
discussions and relationship-building.

RTX Scotland brings together fleet operators, hauliers, logistics professionals, vehicle
manufacturers and service providers from across the road transport sector, creating a
platform for networking, knowledge sharing and business development.
Visitors will be able to explore the latest trucks, trailers, workshop equipment, fleet
management technology, compliance services and transport solutions, while engaging
directly with suppliers and industry experts.
A key feature of the event will once again be the Knowledge Zone, which will host a
programme of free-to-attend seminars, panel discussions and expert presentations
focused on the issues shaping Scotland’s haulage and logistics sector.
Topics will include fleet decarbonisation, vehicle compliance, road safety and other key
operational challenges facing transport businesses today. Visitors will have the
opportunity to engage with speakers, participate in live discussions and gain practical
insights from fellow operators and industry specialists.
