*Celebrating Industry Heritage and Future Innovations: Over a century of trust while shaping the future of liquid fuel distribution.
The UKIFDA Show 2027, sponsored by Phillips 66, will return to Leeds Arena on 13 May 2027, bringing together the liquid fuel distribution sector for a day of exhibition, insight, networking and debate.
Organised by UKIFDA, The Fuel Distribution Association, this year’s theme is Trusted By Communities For Over A Century. The event recognises the long-standing role of the liquid fuel distribution sector in supporting communities across the UK and Ireland, while looking ahead to the opportunities and challenges shaping its future.
Exhibition, Networking and Industry Insight
The one-day event will provide a platform for businesses to showcase new products, technologies and services, develop commercial relationships and exchange ideas with industry colleagues.
The 2027 format features more than 50 exhibition stands, alongside up to eight indoor and outdoor tanker displays, allowing exhibitors to demonstrate their latest innovations and engage directly with distributors, customers and industry decision-makers.
The popular Speakers’ Corner returns, featuring leading industry voices discussing the issues affecting the sector and exploring topics such as energy, markets, regulation, technology, and the future of liquid fuels.
The Wolfe Power Live Podcast will also return following its successful appearance at the 2026 event, which attracted more than one million listeners.

UKIFDA’s new Chief Executive, Ken Mackness, commented:
“Every day, UKIFDA members play a vital role in supporting homes, businesses and communities across the UK and Ireland. Many have earned that trust over generations, which inspired this year’s theme, Trusted By Communities For Over A Century.
“UKIFDA Show 2027 brings together the people, expertise and innovation driving our industry forward. It is an opportunity to celebrate our heritage, share knowledge and strengthen the connections that underpin the liquid fuel distribution sector.”
Awards and Networking
Taking place as part of the day’s programme, the UKIFDA Awards will once again recognise excellence across the industry, celebrating the individuals and businesses making a difference across liquid fuel distribution.
Bringing the day’s activities to a close, the President’s Drinks Reception will provide an informal setting for exhibitors, sponsors, distributors and industry colleagues to continue conversations and strengthen professional connections.
Supporting the event experience, the Whova app will also provide exhibitors and sponsors with opportunities to promote their businesses while helping attendees plan their visit and connect with exhibitors and colleagues.
The UKIFDA Show 2027 is expected to attract businesses from across the liquid fuel distribution supply chain, creating a focused environment for knowledge exchange, networking and commercial engagement.
