Successful Restart of Van Hool Industrial Vehicle Division

Troubled Belgian trailer manufacturer Van Hool Industrial Vehicles has made a successful restart and achievement after delivering its 100th vehicle milestone since resuming operations on April 29th.

Back then GRW, a leading South African manufacturer in the industrial vehicle sector, acquired Van Hool Industrial Vehicles. This strategic move marked a significant milestone in GRW’s expansion strategy and strengthens its position as a key player in the global market.

“We are thrilled to announce that Van Hool Industrial Vehicles is back in full operation, and this milestone reflects our dedication to meeting the needs of our customers globally,” said Gerhard van der Merwe, Van Hool CEO.

“The swift transition of Van Hool to GRW ownership has been efficient, allowing us to maintain continuity in service and product excellence,” he added.

Clients and stakeholders can place orders with confidence, knowing they will continue to receive the same high standards of innovation, reliability, and customer service that Van Hool are renowned for. This restart ensures continuity and stability for all existing and prospective customers.

Van Hool invites all customers, partners, and the media to visit its stand at the upcoming IAA in Hannover, from September 16th to 22nd and celebrate this achievement.

“We are excited to showcase our latest innovations which will ensure continued growth and success in the industry.”
