Kia is returning to the Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show this year, showcasing no fewer than two European debuts among a five-strong vehicle display.
Kia’s stand, located in Hall 5 at 5C95, is centred around the PV5 – the brand’s first dedicated fully electric light commercial vehicle – with several new variants showing the expansion of the PV5 range and helping to highlight the breadth of flexible solutions available to business and fleet customers.
The CV Show runs from 21-23 April this year, at the NEC Birmingham.
European debut exclusives
Two PV5 variants will make their European debuts, including the Kia PV5 Cargo L1/H1, and the PV5 Cargo L2/H2. These will be joined by a pair of exciting conversions and a Cargo L2/H1.
The PV5 Cargo L1/H1 and L2/H2 variants bring new length and height combinations to the multi award-winning PV5, moving beyond the original L2/H1 launch. The smallest of these variants ushers in a new entry-point into Kia’s Platform Beyond Vehicle (PBV) commercial range, with specifications and pricing to follow.
Alongside the PV5 line‑up, Kia will showcase its suite of technologies designed to help businesses accelerate their transition to electrification and decarbonisation. This includes charging and fleet‑management solutions that give operators clearer oversight of vehicle use, charging behaviour and associated costs. These insights support smarter decision‑making, maximise fleet uptime and strengthen day‑to‑day operational efficiency.
Flexibility through conversions
Kia will also put the spotlight on the growing versatility of the PV5 through a range of converted models, delivered in partnership with its expanding network of official Kia PBV Conversion Partners. These examples demonstrate how the PV5 platform can be adapted to meet the diverse operational needs of businesses across multiple sectors.
A key highlight will be the PV5 Chassis – first unveiled at the SOLUTRANS trade show in France last year – which brings a unique proposition to its segment. Engineered from the ground up to accommodate a wide variety of specialist bodies, the Chassis underscores Kia’s commitment to enabling bespoke, high quality conversions through close collaboration with its PBV Conversion Partners.

Throughout the CV Show, Kia Business Experts will be on hand to discuss individual fleet needs and demonstrate how Kia’s expanding PBV ecosystem can deliver value today, while preparing businesses for the future. By bringing together vehicles, technology and specialist expertise all under one roof, Kia’s presence underscores its commitment to being a long‑term partner in commercial mobility.
Building on Kia’s commercial debut
Kia’s first-ever appearance at the CV Show in 2025 marked a pivotal moment in the brand’s evolution, signalling its formal entry into the LCV sector. Taking centre stage was the PV5, unveiled for its show debut and positioned as a disruptive new benchmark in the small-medium size segments. Built on the dedicated E-GMP.S platform and offered in Cargo, Crew Cab and Passenger variants, the PV5 showcased Kia’s ambition to meet diverse operational needs, from delivery and utilities to ride-hailing. In addition, the PV5 introduced light commercial vehicle customers to Kia’s advanced onboard technology, and Kia’s industry-leading warranty.
The 2025 show served as the launchpad for Kia’s new PBV strategy, giving audiences their first insight into the brand’s long-term commercial vision. The debut established Kia as a serious new contender in the LCV market at a time of rapid electrification.
