The 2022 Coach &  Bus Show is proudly sponsored by Campion Insurance, is expected to be the largest to date, with hundreds of operators and exhibitors set to attend. As the main showcase of the country’s leading representative body for commercial bus operators, those attending can expect to hear from industry leaders who are pioneering the latest innovations in transport to include; alternatively-fuelled vehicles, accessibility, logistics, multimodal mobility and more.

The Coach & Bus Show will be held over the course of two days, with the doors in the main hall at the RDS Simmonscourt set to open this Saturday November 19th.  At this time, nominations will open for the ‘Driver of the Year 2022 Competition’ which is being supported by Dermot Cronin Motors. Following the conclusion of the first day, attendees will make their way to Croke Park for a drinks reception sponsored by Volvo Bus.  Here, attendees and exhibitors will have the opportunity to network and connect in a social setting – before making their way to the Gala Dinner, which has been kindly sponsored by AIB Finance & Leasing. Guests will be joined by a number of key transport stakeholders, to include guest speaker and CEO of the National Transport Authority, Anne Graham, who will address attendees. The second and final Coach & Bus Show will subsequently open at 10:30AM on Sunday, and will include the awarding of the much-coveted ‘Driver of the Year 2022’.

The theme for this year’s Show is ‘Sustainable Transport for a Sustainable Ireland’. This theme was chosen, as the CTTC is keen to build on its proactivity on the sustainability front; and play its part in the delivery of an efficient, reliable, national transport network. In this vein, the Show will also facilitate the launch of the new SMART Eco Driving programme, following months of engagement with various Education and Training Boards. The programme teaches drivers techniques to improve both fuel efficiency and road safety.

Exhibitors at the Show are set to bring their best-in-class solutions to the business representatives present, and will inform attendees on the benefits of environmentally-compatible fleets. The Coach & Bus Show therefore provides a timely opportunity for fleet operators, coach drivers, transport stakeholders and all other interested parties to hear from leading innovators in the sector, and gain valuable insights on emerging products, parts and technologies.

Please note that attendance at the CTTC Coach & Bus Show is offered on a complimentary basis, and further details can be found at
