Continental Tyres to return to RTX ’24 – Road Transport Expo with ‘Your Trusted Fleet Partner’ message

Continental Tyres is once again reinforcing its ‘Your Trusted Fleet Partner’ message at this year’s Road Transport Expo. Returning for a third consecutive show, the multi-solutions tyre brand will showcase its comprehensive range of products, services and technologies to Stoneleigh’s attendees.

Continental’s signature fleet management offering, Conti360° Solutions, will also feature alongside a varied selection of haulage-focused Continental, Bandvulc and ContiRe tyres.

Visitors will have the chance to speak with Continental’s fleet experts, who will be on hand to help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce overall driving costs. For fleet operators, this could be how lower rolling resistance characteristics can contribute to reduced fleet costs, and how the retread tyres can contribute to a reduction in a business’s carbon footprint.

As a leading tyre manufacturer, Continental is proud of its role as an industry champion on which operators can trust and depend. Its proactive approach ensures that operators are always equipped with the most advanced, sustainable, and compliant solutions.

Digitalisation is another important element of Continental’s complete package. The brand’s advanced digital tyre management and monitoring tools, ContiConnect 2.0 and ContiPressureCheck, will be demonstrated in full. The systems allow vehicle and tyre services to be coordinated and aligned, creating seamless links to workshops and dealers. As a result, customers can benefit from increased fleet efficiency, lower overall costs, and greater reassurance.

For the first time at RTX, Continental will also have tyres from Uniroyal on display. Developed for mixed applications, Uniroyal’s highway line provides high mileage in both regional and long-distance transport, increasing cost-efficiency by utilising a combination of optimised tread patterns on all axles.

Pete Robb, Marketing Director at Continental Tyres, said: “In today’s challenging market, Continental stands in support of the transport and logistics industry. We know that there’s constant pressure on fleet operators to reduce costs and choose sustainable products, which is why we’re doing all we can to provide our customers with tailored solutions to maximise their operation. Retreads, for example, are a hugely important element of the commercial vehicle tyre mix. With our Bandvulc and ContiRe products, operators can benefit from a sustainable alternative to new tyres that not only look like new, but run like new, too.

We’re looking forward to meeting customers – both new and established – at this year’s Road Transport Expo, to demonstrate our multidisciplinary approach to rubber and the innovative technology that supports it.”
