DAF Trucks scores Hat-Tricks with Sligo Haulage and McNallys

New DAF Trucks sales on the treble were conducted with Sligo Haulage & Distribution and McNally Logistics (Navan).

Sligo Haulage & Distribution, the award winning transport company, has expanded its DAF Trucks dominated fleet on taking delivery of a new XF 480 SuperSpace Cab and two XF 480 with SpaceCabs, both tractor-units.

The Tubbercurry, County Sligo based company have won multiple awards over the years, including ‘Best Van Fleet’ at the 2016 Fleet Transport Awards and a three-time winner for ‘Fleet Transport Regional Operator of the Year’.

The truck trio include Dura-Bright alloys and light bars, as well as the company’s unique livery that was carried out by Ivor Steen Commercials, based in Dungannon, County Tyrone.

Similarly Navan, County Meath based haulage company, McNally Logistics, has received the keys of three brand-new DAF XF 480 4×2 tractor-units, with 12-speed ZF TraXon automated gearbox.

Present at the handover to Jarek Sledzik, McNally’s Transport Planner were Nicky Gill, DAF Trucks Ireland Sales Director and Paul O’Reilly, DAF Trucks Ireland Sales Manager.
