With DKV Analytics, the European mobility service provider DKV Mobility is launching an innovative digital data tool for full cost control, transparency and more efficiency in fleet management. With DKV Analytics, DKV Mobility customers now have full transparency via the DKV COCKPIT customer portal about the refuelling and charging processes in their fleets, toll bills, the use of vehicle services, and also about specific CO2 emissions. The overview can be tailored to the individual needs of the customer and has a detailed listing of all costs. Selected data can be exported for further analysis.
“Over the past year we have been collecting feedback from our customers to find out how we can offer them a true all-in-one solution for their cost management,” says Till Kreiler, Chief Digital Officer at DKV Mobility. “Hand in hand with the test customers, we then developed DKV Analytics and implemented new functions based on it. DKV Analytics enables a very fast, but nevertheless in-depth analysis of all data relevant to the customer relating to our services. We attached great importance to an intuitive and user-friendly design so that customers can find their way around the new portal immediately.”
The focus of DKV Analytics is the customisable dashboard. Users can put together their dashboard themselves, structure it by time period, track costs in a targeted manner and have their data displayed in a clear summary.
