John Keogh will assume responsibilities for Maxus, Isuzu and Higher and all new brands
Harris Group, the leading distributor of Maxus commercial and passenger vehicles across the UK and Ireland, is delighted to announce the appointment of John Keogh as Managing Director for Ireland where he will manage the Maxus, Isuzu and Higer brands.
John Keogh has over two decades of experience within the Harris Group and brings an unparalleled depth of knowledge and expertise to this pivotal role. Since joining the company in 1999 as Sales Manager for Isuzu, he subsequently moved on to the position of Dealer Development Manager for SsangYong Motors, and, most recently, Managing Director for Retail Operations.
In his new role, John will oversee Harris Group Ireland’s operations, driving growth, innovation, and support for the dealer network, along with unrivalled post-sale customer service. His appointment aligns with Harris Group’s broader strategy to strengthen its leadership team and support its continued growth in the dynamic commercial vehicle sector in Ireland.
This leadership expansion follows the recent appointment of Andrew Lawson as Managing Director for Harris Maxus UK. With a distinguished 20-year career in the industry, Andrew’s appointment demonstrates Harris Group’s commitment to enhancing its operations across both markets. Together, John and Andrew form a formidable team that will lead Harris Maxus into its next phase of development.
