Locks 4 Vans has been busy over the summer adding to the range of security products available for the much hailed ‘International Van of the Year’, the VW ID. Buzz
“Following our first launch back in February, we’ve now extended our locking and shielding solutions for this stylish new entrant to the Electric Van arena. Locks 4 Vans is first to market with security solutions for the Volkswagen ID.Buzz, showcasing not only our innovation capability but our agility in developing a product range that is fresh, current and relevant,” explained Sue Akam, Marketing Manager, Locks4vans.
The team worked through several challenges during the development journey for this vehicle. The use of lightweight composite materials by VWCV resulted in new locking solutions being developed that were sympathetic to the visual ‘look and feel’ of the van’s iconic style but didn’t compromise functionality.
The end result is a blend of solutions that work together to provide the optimum security upgrade with an impressive aesthetic.
