‘New IVECO.com website project wins the “Interactive Key Award”’.

IVECO has been recognised for the project “New iveco.com” with the “Interactive Key Award”, a benchmark competition for the industry and one of the longest-running Italian awards in the sector dedicated to all-digital communication. Organised by the Media Key Publishing Group, it is aimed at recognizing the best web, social, mobile and digital projects.

The Jury of the 25th edition of the coveted award selected iveco.com as the winning project in the Automotive and Energy category for its proven capacity to communicate a complex product simply and bring it closer to the user.

Over the last year, IVECO has shed its old skin and renewed its website. The development of the new iveco.com, with the support of Domino agency, started with a rationalization and simplification of the storytelling to be more direct and immediate. The aim was to make IVECO’s offering of product and services clear and targeted for different customer needs. The brand’s calling card now features a completely new interface, content and functionalities designed to position IVECO as an innovative and digital partner, generate customer engagement, and enhance the digital user experience.

The project has been realised on a latest-generation platform, based on the use of the new design system’s modular components. This has made it possible to manage with flexibility and scalability the different declinations on 63 different markets, and to provide the evolutionary foundation of a digital ecosystem in continuous expansion.

The revamped website features a modern, user-friendly interface to facilitate its navigation. The overall design has been shaped to streamline the company’s offering according to user needs and preferences, presenting products both by range and mission.

In developing the new website, IVECO has applied its customer-centric continuous improvement process, designing it around the clients, actively involving them in both design and test phases to ensure their needs and expectations are met.

The new modern and clean user interface improves usability and prioritizes primary content, avoiding unnecessary and distracting elements, and presenting a limited amount of information at a time.

In addition to its improved design and functionality, the IVECO website has been enriched with new resources, such as in-depth articles and videos, in order to provide compelling content and continuously engage customers.

The new website, which kicked off in Italy, it’s already in operation in all major countries out of the 63 countries where IVECO operates. The launch will be rolled out in all the markets served by IVECO during coming next months.
