This MAN TGX truck tractor left the MAN Truck & Bus factory in Niepołomice, Southern Poland featuring the milestone number of 200,000, in the company colours of the Bury Group from Lublin.
The special 200,000th tractor-unit, a new generation MAN TGX 18.510 4X2 BLS with a standard cab height, comes with factory electric parking air conditioning, LED lights and a 12.3-inch touch screen dash display.
Commenting on the landmark occasion, Claus Wallenstein, Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus Polska, said: “As the new Managing Director of MAN Truck & Bus Polska, I observe extraordinary dynamics in the Polish economy. Sale of a truck with the number 200,000 under the MAN trademark testifies to the steady growth of the transport market. MAN Truck & Bus has all the elements that allow for successful cooperation with companies such as the Bury Group in Lublin: high-quality products and services, a developing service network, a professional team and stable business partners.”
Symbolically, the final screw in the new vehicle was tightened by Jacek Bury, President of Bury sp. Z oo, who added: “We have been cooperating with MAN Truck & Bus Polska for 12 years. We are very pleased with our joint activities. Quality, reliability, price, driver satisfaction and low fuel consumption – these are the most important aspects that convince us to the MAN brand.”
In addition, Bury is a service partner of MAN Truck & Bus Polska, has authorized service stations in Lublin and Radom. The MAN Trucks factory in Niepołomice, has been in operation since 2007.
“I am extremely proud and honored that I can hand over 200,000 vehicles to our client. Recent years have been a period of intensive development of our company. The culmination of our work is the ongoing investment on the premises of MAN Trucks, thanks to which – soon – our plant will become the largest factory for the production of trucks in Europe,” explained Dr. Richard Slovák , President of MAN Trucks sp.
