RTX Scotland, a newly created dedicated business-to-business trade show for the road transport and haulage sector in Scotland, will debut on 19-20 November 2025 at the SEC, Glasgow, promising to fill a significant gap in the region’s transport event landscape.
Organised by the team behind the award-winning, annual Road Transport Expo (RTX) in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire, the event will feature a wide range of exhibitors from across the industry and will have a dedicated focus on the needs of HGV fleet operators.
“This is a unique event for Scotland,” says Vic Bunby, divisional director at event organiser Road Transport Media. “Unlike other shows that focus primarily on drivers, RTX Scotland is a pure business-to-business platform where companies can buy, sell, and explore transportation solutions.”
This exciting new show will take place inside the 5,000m² hall 3 at the SEC in Glasgow, which can be easily accessed by road and public transport.
Key Event Highlights:
- Free entry for industry professionals;
- Comprehensive conference programme focusing on key industry issues including decarbonisation, safety and compliance;
- Networking opportunities, including complimentary evening drinks reception for all attendees;
- Exhibits showcasing cutting-edge transport technologies and the latest vehicle models;
- Equipment and technology demonstrations.
The event dates have been chosen to coincide with the 31st annual Transport News Scottish Rewards, attracting nearly 600 prominent visitors to Glasgow and creating a landmark week for the Scottish transport industry. RTX Scotland represents a significant opportunity for business development and networking and will be a one-stop shop for all your fleet needs.
