Leading global trailer manufacturer Schmitz Cargobull will support ITT Hub 2021 as a Truck Demo Partner at the two-day event at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 30th June and Thursday 1st July.

Schmitz Cargobull’s UK & Ireland team will attend the event and showcase four different trailers – two curtainsiders, a reefer and a tipper – which will be used by vehicle manufacturers as part of an on-road truck demonstration around the site.

Managing Director of Schmitz Cargobull UK & ROI, Alan Hunt, said: “The ITT Hub concept is refreshing with its emphasis on technology and the future, and their launch event is the perfect opportunity for us to reconnect with customers and industry colleagues in person again.”

CEO of Binswood Media, Mark Griffin, said: “We are thrilled to have one of the world’s leading trailer manufacturers joining us at ITT Hub 2021. Movement of goods and freight in an environmentally and energy efficient way is fundamental to achieving net zero and Schmitz Cargobull are pioneers of product development and innovation. Visitors to

ITT Hub are interested in the latest technology and having Schmitz Cargobull assets on site will mean they can see the very latest developments in trailers for themselves.”

The Truck Demo hub will feature vehicles from DAF Trucks, Renault Trucks, Iveco and Mercedes-Benz, as well as the first UK & Ireland display of the Volta Zero.

The two-day trade event will host 150 companies, alongside a full Logistics Conference and will be opened by British astronaut Major Tim Peake CMG. Registration is free and now open at www.itthub.co.uk
